  • Search profiles of actively searching executives

  • Get connected with personal introductions

  • Endorse 👍 executives they are impressed by

The endorsements are particularly powerful as a unique data point to filter high quality candidates!

More About Whispered's Executive Directory

Whispered's executive directory is not publicly available. (We do share an anonymous version with select recruiters, but only vetted partners can see names of executives.)

We only include executives who have:

  • Specifically agreed to be listed. If you want to remove yourself at any time, contact support@whispered.com

  • Meet certain criteria. These criteria are not limited to but include:​​

    • Director+​ experience and title

    • High scoring on Company Quality and Tenure

    • Active search status (we confirm this every 2 months)

The Executive Directory includes the following fields (fields with * can only be accessed by approved recruiters to ensure executive confidentiality): 

  • Provided by Executives

    • Name*
    • LinkedIn*
    • ​Dream Role*

    • Search Status (Active, Casual, Preparing)*

  • Ways Recruiters can engage with executives

    • Endorsed*  If recruiter has had a great call with executive they can endorse them

    • Connect*  Recruiters can click to request a connection

  • From LinkedIn:

    • ​Location (City, Region)

    • Seniority

    • Function

    • Industry Experience

  • From Whispered's AI talent model:

    • LinkedIn anonymous summary

    • ​Score (0-5) and Reasoning

      • Company Quality: Measures the number and quality of Series A+ companies exec was at

      • Tenure: Measures length of non-advisor/fractional roles

      • Expectations: Measures alignment between background and dream role

    • Tags:  AI powered tags describing specific experiences recruiters prioritize.  We love suggestions of new tags

      • ​Searching: Not in current full-time role with company with more than 25 employees

      • Enterprise: Worked for companies >Series D for >5 years in total across all companies over past 10 years

      • Early: Worked for at least 1 company stage D or later before it raised its A round

      • IPO: At company when it went pubic and was there for at least 3 years in total duration with role at least Director level

      • PLG: Worked at PLG company that has raised a Series B for at least 2 years

      • Recommended: Has at least 15 LinkedIn recommendations
