Find breakout companies – and which ones to avoid. 

The database is based on anonymous feedback from vetted executives and can help you:

• Quickly build an initial list of target companies. Read about how to clarify your focus and identify a list of companies you are targeting.  

• Focus on the right companies: Read confidential insights to identify breakout companies.

• Engage venture firms: Prepare for conversations with venture talent partners and investors by quickly filtering by their portfolios.

Here's how to access the database, housed in our secure app:

• Open the Whispered app and authenticate with any Google email

• Search and filter as relevant

• Earn credits when you make contributions​

• Company profiles (excluding Company Insights) are available publicly​

• Access to Company Insights requires approval and credits

​

The following types of people may have access to company insights (and Whispered has the right to adjust access at any time):

• Whispered Paid Members:  Always approved

• Investor/Talent Partner/Recruiter: Immediate approval when account is created with a work email. Pending approval when account is created with a personal email. 

• Consultant/Fractional Executive: Reviewed on case-by-case basis. 

• Other: Reviewed on case-by-case basis

All information in Company Insights is treated confidentially.  ​

• Any violation of our confidentiality policy results in immediate removal

• Please don't add any information that is covered under NDA

• We will not publish submitted information on public companies that could be considered Material Nonpublic Information (MNPI)
