Use Case #1:  Capitalizing on backdoors


Backdoor connections are the secret to the Whispered job marketing.  Whispered Pro members can search on the Swarm to:

  • Find members who can connect them to a specific contact

  • Find all connections at companies on their target list

  • Discover the best introduction paths and strength of those connections

  • Request introductions

💡 Another powerful way to use the Whispered Network™️ is to 'whisper' about you once you have gotten the interview. Having another top executive message the hiring manager "Heard you are interviewing XX. I've been really impressed with them." can help you stand out and accelerate your candidacy.

Use Case #2:  Finding Intro Paths to roles


In addition to networking into companies, we know how important it is to get networked into roles you find out about quickly.   So we have automated this entire process.  When a role is posted to Whispered we instantly:

  • Find the Hiring Manager: We use AI agents (we love Scalestack for this) to determine the most likely hiring manager

  • Find the best intro paths:  We use the Swarm API to generate the two members with the strongest connection to the hiring manager


Whispered members can then use this data to move quicker on roles and to leverage our network


Use Case #3:  Scoring signups


We use AI agents (built by Scalestack) to create a profile in our Executive Directory for each new signup (who requests to be in the directory).  We send our agents to analyze executives LinkedIn profiles and:

  • Evaluate the companies they have worked at

  • Evaluate the tenure they have had at those companies

  • Understand their function, skills and location


Additionally, we use the Swarm to look at every new signup to see which of our current members they know.  We never share the identities of new signups (even with members) but it is great to know which members they may know.
